No pre-listening when a track is cued. Android and iOS

it has been a while i have been trying to use cross dj pro mobile.
I think it is a great app !
I bought a Umix Control pro 2 for the occasion.
But i tried to "pre-listen" a cued song and it is not working :/ both on android and ios
I bought this controller to be mobile, have an rca output and a pre-listening with head phones but the pre-listening doesnt work.

And the pre-listening on cross DJ 4 on PC and Mac works with the Umix Control pro 2.
So it is something due to the app.
And just a little white noise goes out of the headphones from the pre-listening (on ios and android).
Used many techniques, with a usb hub, being charged, etc..
